Lead Business Analyst - TPH

Primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for banking transformation projects in Temenos T24/TPH implementations. Conduct workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Perform gap analysis between current and proposed processes. Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Collaborate with architects and developers on solution design. Validate parameterisation in Temenos modules. Support SIT/UAT phases. Act as trusted advisor to clients.

Strong knowledge of banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Compliance) Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (R17+) and TPH implementations Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate into functional solutions Familiarity with PLWs, parameterisation, and integration points Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 8+ years experience in business analysis or banking operations Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related field
