About the role
Senior delivery leadership role managing portfolios of complex banking transformation programmes. Operate with CEO-mindset for the portfolio. Manage large programmes, multi-vendor ecosystems and offshore-onsite delivery models. Lead with demonstrated success in India, Middle East and/or APAC markets with complex regulatory and customer environments. Strong hands-on Temenos experience highly preferred.
What you'll need
15+ years overall IT/BFSI delivery experience with 5+ years in senior delivery or portfolio leadership roles
Proven delivery experience in India, Middle East, and/or APAC markets
Strong hands-on experience with Temenos (T24/Transact) implementations and/or upgrades highly preferred
Experience with banks and NBFCs; NBFC domain exposure a strong plus
Demonstrated success managing large programmes and multi-vendor ecosystems
CEO-mindset for portfolio management
Strong ability to manage ambiguity, pressure and demanding customers
