About the role
Primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for banking transformation projects in Temenos T24/TPH implementations. Conduct workshops to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Perform gap analysis. Document business requirements and functional specifications. Collaborate on solution design. Validate Temenos module parameterisation. Support SIT/UAT phases. Act as trusted advisor to clients on transformation initiatives.
What you'll need
Strong knowledge of banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Compliance, Lending, Deposits)
Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (R17+) implementations
TPH and TDH knowledge a plus
Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate into solutions
Familiarity with PLWs, parameterisation, and integration points
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
8+ years experience in business analysis or banking operations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related field
